TERMS OF SERVICE

BY ORDERING WORK FROM ME,
YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS

- Work commissioned from me is bound for PERSONAL or PRIVATE use only.
My art is not authorized to be used for commercial purposes and/or profit unles
the commercial use has been specified and paid for acordingly at the time the order
is issued.- As the artist, rights to the works I produce are absolutely mantained by me.
This constitutes the posting of the work
on social media, ability to add it to my portfolio, etc. (Unless it has been
accorded otherwise alongside the client).- My work, commissions or personal, past, actual or future, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to be plugged into an NFT project by the commissioner.
(The feeding of my artwork to AI learning algorithims is prohibited as well!).- NOBODY (The commissioner nor anybody the artwork requested is shared to) is allowed to copy, trace and edit the finished artwork.
This also refers to the prohibition of my art being claimed as "yours". CREDITS SHOULD BE GIVEN ACCORDINGLY (©kkegare; the original producer) Or any links that redirect to any of my precence in social media (Instagram and twitter).- Suggestive work is 100% ok, but NO straight up "NSFW" (NO nudity)
- Commissions AREN'T accepted "in automatic". The fact that you have sent your request via mail as solicited DOESN'T guarantee a sealed spot in the list. I can decline the order if I either feel uncomfortable with what is being solicited, or I know for certainty I won't be able to deliver the work due to time and/or other personal concerns.- ALL major changes are to be solicited in THE SKETCHING PHASE.
Once we leave sketching phase, I WON'T be able to do any major changes. (Such as outfits, accessories, complex elements of design, facial structure, features, body proportions and positions). When the sketch gets approved by the client, then the only possible changes will be minor (Such as color adjustments, texture usage, lineart enhancements, etc.)- PHOTO REFERENCES, AND DESCRIPTIONS NEED TO BE DETAILED AND CLEAR.
Before you think about commissioning, you need to be SURE of what you want me to produce without any doubt. You need to adhere to a professional environment, providing useful and clear photo references, as well as giving descriptions in high detail, with CLEAR DIRECTION for me to be able to produce the best product possible. If this requirement ISN'T followed and the information given is lacking, there may be a need for extra fees (discussed alongside the client).- No refunds are to be enrolled -
You are to commit to the commission just as much as the artist. If you no longer desire the illustration being produced for you, as the artist, I'll still produce the piece until it is finished and fulfill my duty to reach a completed illustration, it is your decision as the commissioner to still involve yourself in the making or not, but refunds won't be able to be enrolled in any form.** YOU CAN ASK FOR WIPs TO CHECK YOUR
COMMISSION STATUS ANYTIME YOU DESIRE!**

COMMERCIAL USE:COMMERCIAL USE applies to various types of work, including (but not limited to): Streaming (and content creating in general) assets, banners, icons and standalone character illustrations, Manga covers, Webtoon covers, Music Album, EP, Single covers, and Merchandising designs (Such as Clothing, apparel, posters, prints, mugs, dakimakuras(?) etc.)When the commercial usage for media (everything not merch/product related, such as stream assets, youtube assets, covers, publicity posters, etc.) of the work is stablished, a single fee of +50% of the total price is charged.(For merch, apparel and other designs produced for further profit, a fee of +100% of the total price will be charged).
